4. FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 SECOND QUARTER BUDGET UPDATE

1) Recommend City Council receive and file the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Second Quarter Budget Update.

2) Recommend City Council approve a budget adjustment to allocate $557,740 in revenues / transfers in and $627,740 of expenditures / transfers out for the Lunar New Year event, Elderly Nutrition Program, March 2026 Women's Conference, and to complete the budgeted closing of two Funds.

5. REORGANIZATION OF THE FINANCE COMMISSION

1) Declare the nominations open for Chairperson and call for the Commission vote.

2) Declare nominations open for Vice-Chairperson and call for the Commission vote.
