2. ACCEPTANCE OF NATIONAL RECREATION AND PARK ASSOCIATION GRANT

1) Recommend City Council accept the National Recreation and Park Association's grant for Out-of-School Time Youth Mentoring Grant in the amount of $50,000 over three consecutive years.

2) Recommend City Council approve a budget adjustment reflecting an increase in revenue and appropriations for three years and amounts as indicated below: a. Fiscal Year 23-2024: $17,000.00 b. Fiscal Year 24-2025: $16,500.00 c. Fiscal Year 25-2026: $16,500.00

3. AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR JAMBOREE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION, CIP 311802

1) Recommend City Council award the construction contract in the amount of $7,869,222 for Jamboree Pavement Rehabilitation, CIP 311802, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, All American Asphalt.
