2. CONTRACT APPROVAL FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR CITYWIDE VILLAGE STREETSCAPES

1) Recommend City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with Merchants Landscape Services, Inc. for $1,016,459.30 for the Villages of Cypress, Woodbury, and Stonegate.

2) Recommend City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with Merchants Landscape Services, Inc. for $1,661,575.66 for the Villages of Northwood and Eastwood.

3) Recommend City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with Monarch Landscape Company - Land Systems for $1,460,699.51 for the Village of El Camino.

4) Recommend City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with Greentech Landscape, Inc. for $1,350,671.84 for the Village of Woodbridge.
