1) Recommend City Council approve a budget adjustment allocating Fiscal Year 2025-26 General Fund year-end expenditures of $86,223, reducing General Fund revenues by $271,144, and allocating Special Funds year-end expenditures of $37.1 million and combined Special Funds and Capital Improvement Program revenues of $39.3 million for continuing operations, capital projects, and transfers.
