I am a resident of Paseo Westpark and think Irvine should move forward with CCE! It makes sense financially, for security, and for the environment. Allow a full review process! As a former resident of two different CCEs (in Sonoma County, CA and Chicago, IL), the programs are popular, save money, and work for our cities!
